Luminescence's Late and Cancellation Policy
All appointments are subject to my cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service. A no show to your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your service. A credit card must be kept on file when booking an appointment. If the card on file is not able to be charged for the designated fee then a $25 a week late fee will be added to the balance. Once the balance reaches $500, I will pursue a judgement in small claims court for money owed.
If you're more than 10 minutes behind your scheduled appointment, you will be rescheduled and be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I do my best to respect everyone's time and to be prompt with every appointment. Timing is everything, arriving too late for your appointment will infringe upon other clients' appointment.
